Monday, November 16

  • The majority of today's events are scheduled at the TAMU Memorial Student Center (MSC) located in the center of TAMU Main Campus at 275 Joe Routt Boulevard, College Station, TX 77840.
  • Plentiful parking is available at any of the TAMU parking garages for GIS Day attendees and guests. The closest parking garage to the MSC is the Center Parking Garage (UCPG).
  • If you are not affiliated with the university you may pick up a 1-day parking pass (each day) from the TAMU GIS Day Check-In tables which will be present in the TAMU MSC outside of each GIS Day session room.
  • Please join us for Happy Hour at Duddley's Draw, located in the North Gate District at 311 University Drive, College Station TX 77840. Paid parking is available in the lot behind the bar.

Tuesday, November 17

  • The majority of today's events are scheduled at the TAMU Memorial Student Center (MSC) located in the center of TAMU Main Campus at 275 Joe Routt Boulevard, College Station, TX 77840.

  • Join us for the GIS Day Keynote: Zen & The Art of GIS at 4:30pm in the TAMU Memorial Student Center (MSC) room 2300B followed by a reception in the Rudder Club at the top of Rudder Tower

Wednesday, November 18

  • If you are participating in the Career Fair and Industry Expo, setup can take place anytime throughout the day in the rooms reserved for the Career Fair events.

Booth Setup, Material Storage & Return Shipping

  • Setup: Event sponsors may begin setting up their booths (table cloths, popup signs, etc.) 30 minutes prior to the Career events.
  • Storage: Event sponsors may store their materials at the TAMU GIS Day Check-In tables which will be located in the MSC outside of each of the GIS Day sessions.
  • Return Shipping: Return shipping is simple. Just bring a return shipping label to affix to your materials, and we will take care of the rest.
