Monday, November 12

  • All workshops and lectures are scheduled in Sterling C. Evans Library and Annex.
  • The closest parking to the library is in the Central Campus Garage. If you are not affiliated with the university you may pick up a 1-day parking pass from the Maps & GIS Library, located on the 2nd floor of Sterling C. Evans Library.
  • Please join us for Happy Hour at Duddley's Draw, located in the North Gate District at 311 University Drive. Paid parking is available in the lot behind the bar.

Tuesday, November 13

  • Morning and afternoon workshops and lectures are scheduled in Sterling C. Evans Library and Annex.
  • The closest parking to the library is in the Central Campus Garage. If you are not affiliated with the university you may pick up a 1-day parking pass from the Maps & GIS Library, located on the 2nd floor of Sterling C. Evans Library.
  • Join us for the Keynote at 4:30pm in the Memorial Student Center room 2300A followed by a reception in the Rudder Club.
    • This year's keynote is given by Julie Sweetkind-Singer, manager of the Branner Earth Sciences Library and Map Collections at Stanford University and Chair of the National Geospatial Advisory Committee.
  • Closest parking to the Memorial Student Center is in the University Center Parking Garage, the student center is also a short walk from the library.

Wednesday, November 14

  • The majority of today's events are scheduled at the Clayton W. Williams, Jr. Alumni Center located at 505 George Bush Drive.
  • Limited parking at the Alumni Center is free for GIS Day attendees and guests. The closest parking garage is the Koldus Garage, if you are not affiliated with the university you may pick up a 1-day parking pass from the Maps & GIS Library, located on the 2nd floor of Sterling C. Evans Library.
  • If you are participating in the Career Fair and Industry Expo, setup can take place anytime throughout the day in the lobby of the Alumni Center. Please note that the lobby is a public space.
  • Please join us for Happy Hour at Duddley's Draw, located in the North Gate District at 311 University Drive. Paid parking is available in the lot behind the bar.
